Kick Start Programme

January 16 @ 9:30 am - 10:30 am

Join us for a 4 week kick start programme to get you on track for 2018. We will meet every week for 4 weeks and each week a new topic will be discussed.

  • You will learn how to understand a food label so you can make informed choices when food shopping
  • You learn to understand what drives you to eat certain foods and why you only crave unhealthy food
  • You will be given tools to use when you are at a weak point to help you stay on track
  • You will be weighed weekly and measured on week 1 and 4 so you can see your progress
  • You will get to hear the latest research on the Conditioned Cram

The 4 week course starts on Tuesday 9th January 2018 at 9.30am

The 4 week course will cost £20 payable in advance
