AOF Air

air1Learn Silks & Hoop with AOF Air.

A great way to improve strength and stamina as well as build coordination and stamina. Classes can be either booked as a course or a private lesson.

A course will have no more than 8 people in and will be a combination of silks and the hoop. The skills on the silks need some degree of strength and fitness, to begin with, so it is not recommended if you are not already exercising.
