Persuaded to come by a friend who left after a year.
What do you struggle with the most and what is your favourite move?
Struggle with a shoulder mount – favourite move is a backwards stripper spin

I’m not a natural, still can’t do a handstand but love every class and seeing my progression

Made some amazing friends, the support these ladies give is amazing, couldn’t do it without them.
