Adult 16+ 4 week conditioning course/session

Body conditioning refers to exercises that increase your strength, speed, endurance or any other physical attribute. Conditioning workouts can trim fat, increase muscle tone and prepare your body for the rigors of sports. Virtually every exercise you do at home or in the gym is a form of body conditioning, but you should design balanced workouts to get the most out of your routine.
Thursday 27th February
£20 for 4 weeks or £6 a session
This conditioning course will be a 4 weekly course. It will run on the same day and at the same time every week for 4 weeks. The £20 payment for the full 4 weeks is payable upon booking to secure your place or £6 can be paid for a single session. Places are not secure without full payment.
If you miss a lesson it can not be made up or carried over so please only book on if this suits you.
