What made you want to participate in the classes?
Needed a confidence boost and looked really fun.
What do you struggle with the most and what is your favourite move?
I struggle with inverts for a long time and my favourite move is a divine diva.
What is your greatest achievement in class?
Inverting, I thought it was never going to happen and it finally did! I was soooo happy.
Tell us how you feel about your pole journey so far.
Went back to the beginning after lockdown, the best idea ever! I’m so proud of what I can do, starting with nobody strength, now I can climb to the top!
Tell us about your instructor and your pole family.
Clare is amazing and I know I am always safe, she pushes me, to get the best out of me. The whole pole family give me so much support, week in week out!
Do you have anything else that you would like to share to inspire other people in their journey?
Follow your heart and goal and you’ll get there. The road may be bumpy but you will always make it!

Natalie is such a trouper! She attends week in and gives it her best shot every week. She is so positive that she will get it even when she is finding a move hard to do. She trusts me to push her to her limits and she is fully committed to it. It’s so amazing to see her nail a move she has worked so hard for. I love it when she says “wow, I’ve never done that before!”
