Holly - I love my pole classes because not only is it a great (non boring) way of exercise, it also boosts my mental health and wellbeing. Challenging myself every week to get the new moves or improve and get stronger with moves I already have. I started attending pole 4 fitness in January 2019 after attending an open day and getting the itch, it's built my confidence, my strength and I'm proud of my body and what it can do. Through the years I've been in numerous classes as well as Hoop/Silks classes and also attended the gym. I've always felt welcome and supported and constantly surrounded by the best people who hype you up! I can be having the worst day, but after my pole class I feel so uplifted.

Rhiannon - I love doing pole because clare’s gotten me doing moves I never thought I would be able to do! Her experience and skills as a teacher have really shone through considering the amount of progress I’ve made in the year or so I’ve been training with her. Also love all the lovely ladies I get to train with who are all so positive and encouraging. It’s an amazing community! Just the best 💖

Lisa - I’ve been doing pole 6 years and I just wanted to say that, as well as being totally enjoyable, it’s really hard … and just because some people can make it look easy, believe me it’s not … it’s hard when you first start, it’s hard when you move up a stage, it’s hard when you’re hanging upside down to remember which is your left from your right, backwards forwards, up and down 🤣 it’s hard when you put moves together, even harder remembering the names of those moves, making sure you’re using the correct grip, that your heads looking the right way and always to point your freaking toes while tensing every part of your bruised, aching body lol… it’s all a challenge, but aside from being hard, it’s the ultimate fun and oh how you’ll glow when you nail it with your ever supportive pole family cheering you on.
